What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide when completing the enquiry form: name, email, phone, country of residence and any search preferences you choose to share. We do not use advertising tracking cookies and we do not profile your browsing.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, send you information about farms matching your criteria, and maintain the commercial contact arising from that enquiry. It is not used for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, transfer or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with the acting notary when a transaction progresses and it is strictly necessary to complete it.
Sending via WhatsApp
The contact form opens a WhatsApp conversation containing the details you entered. From that point, handling of the message is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain data for the duration of the commercial relationship and for any period required by applicable law. After that, it is deleted.
Your rights
Under Uruguay's Personal Data Protection Act (Law 18.331) you may request access to, correction of, updating of or deletion of your data at any time by writing to ventas@tierrasdelsur.com.uy. We will respond within the legally established timeframes.
